Welcome to Code on Camera!
Starting today, it’s easier than ever to learn how to code. Code on Camera is an online education platform that uses short video screencasts to teach modern web design and development. Our goal with this site is to break down the modern web development process to every last detail. Lessons will focus on practical applications, and provide code samples, resources, and explanations to help students learn in the easiest way possible.
Our first course is geared toward introductory level students with a basic understanding of HTML and CSS, and works through the entire process of building a simple website. And we’re not stopping there, a lot more is on the way. We’re working to rapidly expand our course library, and plan to teach:
- Advanced HTML/CSS
- Responsive design
- Workflow improvements
- CSS Preprocessors like Sass and Less
- jQuery
- SVG
- WordPress
- And much much more!

Great site/project. Coming in from the main page – a little slow to get started. Took me a few more clicks than would like to get to a video. However, after that, wonderful ux. Only other complaint would be rather long video logo splash thing. That said, what a tremendous resource for aspiring devs…
